D-SNiP (DOGSTER'S SPAY & NEUTER PROGRAM) offers low-cost spay and neuter services to pet owners, people caring for free-roaming cats, rescue groups, and animal shelters. D-SNiP is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization who offers low-cost spay and neuter services to those in need. This is possible because of our generous private donations, fundraising and grants. From 2011 to 2020 D-SNiP served the Four Corners with their mobile spay & neuter unit, enabling D-SNiP to assist in the fight against pet overpopulation in the Four Corners area. In 2020 D-SNiP opened a permanent location in Durango allowing to better serve the animals all year long without weather restrictions or size of animals.

We are very fortunate to have a staff of individuals who believe in and are truly supportive of D-SNiP's mission.

We offer our pet services to clients of fixed income, those that income qualify, or in financial hardship. Our mission & services are to help pets receive spay/neuter and vaccines when a full service veterinarian may not be a financial option.
